MEETING ONE: Introductory session


College culture
Mentors conducted an interactive session with mentees about the social life at St.
Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
Mentors provided insights into the culture of the college with a glimpse of college
activities like Malhar, Janfest.

MEETING TWO: Academics


Academics
Mentors delivered valuable tips to mentees about managing their workload and
stress during Continuous Internal Assessments and End Semester Examinations.
Mentors discussed the course content and paper pattern with mentees along with
clarification of academic queries.

FUTURE COURSE OF ACTION: MEETING 2


-The focus of mentors would be to motivate mentees and help them throughout their
term with any doubts or queries related to academics.
-Recommending appropriate reading material which could complement their learning
process in college.

MEETING THREE: Extra-curricular and Co-curricular


Co-curricular and extracurricular


Video content was shared with mentees during the session, which included
aftermovies of renowned college festivals like Malhar and Janfest.
Mentors shed light on the different societies, initiatives and activities that the
college has to offer, with an in depth query resolution session.
Mentors delivered details about the SIP programme.

-Additional video content of college festivals and activities have been shared with the
mentees, with the aim of giving them better insights into the same.
-Mentors are determined to provide any assistance required by the mentees for extra-

MEETING FOUR: Internships


Internships

The role of internships and its perks were discussed with the mentees.
Mentors explained the process of exploring and applying for professional opportunities,
along with networking in college and outside college.

-Mentors are determined to provide any assistance required by the mentees for the
internship process.
-Mentees have been advised to create their LinkedIn profiles for networking and
