HAA RK ORDER: Consequent to the implementation of District level Business Reforms Action Plan (DRAP), the Inspector General of Registration in the letters read above has sent proposal to bring necessary amendment to the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978 for registration of new societies through online under the said Rules. 2. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978:- AMENDMENTS. In the said Rules, (1) for rule 43, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- “43.
