Minutes of Meeting

The meeting of JIET Group of Institutions, Policy for session 2020-2021 of JIET
College of Nursing, Meeting was held in the Principal’s Office.

The following members was present-

1. Prof. K Punithalakhsmi (Principal, JIET College of Nursing)
2. Dr. Preeti Chouhan (Asso. Prof. JIET College of Nursing )
3. Mr. Bharat Singh Banshiwal (Asst.Prof. JIET College of Nursing -MSN )
4. Mr. Devendra Singh Rajawat (Asst. Prof. JIET College of Nursing -MHN )
5. Ms. Akanksha Rathore (Asst.Prof. JIET College of Nursing-CHN)
6. Ms. Supin Mariya (Nursing Tutor, JIET College of Nursing)
7. Mr. Rahul singh Panwar (PA to Principal , JIET College of Nursing)

The following agenda was discussed-

The meeting was started with welcoming all the members by Prof. K.
Punithalakhsmi, Principal, at 09.30 am.

1. To discuss about the Curriculum planning for the academic year 2020-21.
2. To discuss about the Policy document and budget allocation
3. To discuss about the Departmental lab development plan

1. To discuss about the Curriculum planning for the academic –

Prof. K. Punithalakshmi discussed about the master rotation plan and
clinical rotation plan for B.Sc (N) programme for the academic year 2020-
2021. The theory hours for each faculty was allocated and done the teaching
plan.
Principal instructed the faculty members to strictly adhere with the time
table and to submit the daily and weekly report promptly.
 2. To discuss about the Policy document and budget allocation –
It was also discussed on the resource mobilization, e-governance policy
document and budget allocation. The head of all the departments were
requested to send their departmental requirements at the beginning of every
year to principal office for the approval. The information regarding on-line
facilities (In the form of online portal for the uploading of fees payments,
registration of the newly joined students etc) provided by Rajasthan
University of Health Science, Jaipur was conveyed to all the members of the
council. It was discussed to propose to purchase new projector for AV aids
room that was approved and finalized in the meeting.

3. To discuss about the Departmental lab development plan

It was discussed with all the head of the department and faculty members to
give their suggestion to purchase innovation model.
The principal accepted the suggestion and forward proposal to the director.

After discussion of all above points the meeting was ended with vote of
thanks by Prof.K Punithalakshmi, Principal JIET College of Nursing at 12.30 pm.
