1. Do you provide laundry in house?
Yes, we accept laundry and doing it in our premises.
2. How long usually the laundry will be finish?
It depends how past you want your laundry send it back to you.
3. Do you have instant laundry?
Yes, we do have express laundry which taking 3 hour till finish.
4. How long for the usual laundry will be done and deliver to us?
If we pick up the laundry before 10 am and the laundry will be deliver to you on 05 pm,
But if we pick up the laundry after 10 am than the laundry will be deliver to you on the next day.
5. Can you wash dry clean only?
No we cannot, we only accepted washing.
6. Do you pick up our laundry in the room?
Yes we do pick up the laundry, just fill in the laundry form and put together with the laundry.
7. How much it will cost?
It will depends on the price list, every items get different price.
8. Can you put the laundry bill together with the room payment?
Yes, you can pay the laundry together with your room bill.
9. How do you pre-treat laundry stain and odors?
There several different ways to pre-treat the stain and odors we can do.
10. How the Laundry will be pick up?
We will pick up room to room by 8 am in the morning or you can call the room service to pick up
your laundry.

Room Service
1. Do you change your sheet every day?
Yes, we are doing it at your convenience, if you requested will be done.
2. Do you have a mini bar or at least a fridge in the room?
We apologizes, we don’t have the mini bar or a fridge in the room.
3. Do you Have Ironing in your room?
No, we don’t equip it in the room but if you need it just ask the house keeping to get it for
you.
4. Until what time the room service will serve for us?
The room service working hour is 24 hours.
5. Do you have a hair dryer equip it in the room?
We don’t have equipped in the room, but we can provide on your request.
6. Are all the room have air conditioner?
Yes e provided air conditioner equipped in each room.
7. Can we order the breakfast and food from our room?
Yes, we will deliver it to you as your request.
8. What time the restaurant opened?
 Our restaurant will be open from 06.00 am – 11.00pm, but they can provide you for 24 hours
with selected menu.
9. The towel in the bathroom are you changing every day
Yes, we change the use towel every day.

The travel
1. How we get to Palm Spring Tulamben Hotel from the airport?
We provide airport transfer from the airport to our premises, or you can take a grab car from
the airport or other transport you already arrange it.
2. How much it will cost to pick up from the airport?
The airport transfer will cost 500k is already included driver and the gasoline.
3. How long it will take to get there?
It will take 3 hours journey to get to our hotel.
4. Can we on our trip stop down in any outside attraction?
Yes you can but you will need an added cost for the transport. We can arrange it for you.
5. Would the driver talking in our language?
Yes, our driver is a train driver who can speak in your language.
6. Is there any free way or high way to get to the hotel?
No, we don’t have.
7. How much it cost if I would like to see the outside attraction?
It depends on how long you would like to go for the tour, for half day tour it will cost 400k.
