• Peeel a carrot and cut off bo oth ends (an aadult will need d to help you

• Using cream ch heese as gluee, affix raisins or olives slices for eyes an

Berry Blast Smoothie in 5 Minutes
With the help of a parent, collect all ingredients for a tasty snack!

Ingredients:
2 cups blueberries
2 cups raspberries
2 cups strawberries
2 cups blackberries
1 cup 100% cran-raspberry juice
1 cup low fat blueberry yogurt
2 cups ice

Directions: Place all items into blender and blend until smooth. Serve

Food Guide Pyramid

Instructor Directions: Have students to draw healthy


foods in corresponding sections of the food guide pyramid.
Use facts below to educate them on the importance of
daily consumption of foods from all food groups.

• Eat at least 3 ounces of whole grain bread, cereal,


cracker, rice or pasta each day.
