AGENT TO AGENT COMMISSION AGREEMENT

in the Sale 5% commission Purchased of Real Estate involving the following;

Upon the successful close of a sale involving the above clients(s), and after receipt of FULL
PAYMENT by the Owner/Seller, the Sales Agents/ Associates’ commission/professional fee
shall be divided as follows:

The individual real estate duties for any listing/sale/purchase involving the above
clients(s) shall be as follows:

It is understood and agreed that each Sales Associates/Agents shall be paid according to
the terms of his/her commission agreement with Authorized Broker/Agent. The
authorized broker/agent must approve this agreement and a copy must be on file with
notary public. No verbal agreement or unauthorized agreements shall be accepted. The
Authorized Broker/Agent shall resolve and make the final decision regarding any dispute
arising this agreement or transaction.
