II. MATTER INVESTIGATED:

2. A Robbery Incident that transpired on July 11, 2022 7:00 o’clock

in the evening at Purok 1, Naungan Ormoc City.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE:

3. That on Jul 11, 2022 at about 7 o’clock in the evening a certain RON, AWEI 22
Y/O together with his companion COLE FORELP 21 Y/O personally appeared to our
office and reported that they witnessed a Robbery Incident at Purok 1 of Naungan
Ormoc City. Partially at the residence of KEN SY 22 Y/O and his brother KENNETH
SY 20 Y/O.

4. Report on Robbery Incident that on or about 7 o’clock in the evening of July 11,
2022 this office received a report coming from Mr. RON AWEI and Mr. COLE
FORELP that on the above-mentioned time, date and place they have witnessed a
Robbery Incident at the SY Brother’s rented apartment.

5. Initial Investigation was conducted by the elements of Ormoc City Police Station
I led by SPOI IVES T. GATE E.B revealed that at about 6 o’clock in the evening of
July 11, 2022. SY brothers left their rented apartment to attend a friend’s birthday
party named BERT DY 22 Y/O at Purok 2 Naungan Ormoc City.

6. Suspects QAOA TAN and LUKE HAUTE which are residents of Purok 1
Naungan Ormoc City was seen by witnessed leaving the premises of SY Brothers
rented apartment after looking it.
7. QAOA was the one who entered the apartment while LUKE served as his look
out.

8. The tactical 5.11 Pocket Knife was used b QAOA to pick the lock of the main
door and the flashlight he used to navigate inside was seized by the police.

9. Stolen items; Red HP Laptop worth around 40,000 PHP and black Fanny Pack
worth 3,000 PHP (empty) was recovered by the police.

10. QAOA TAN and LUKE HAUTE was positively identified by witnessed RON
AWEI and COLE FORELP by their tattoos on the right arm (QAOA- Illuminate and
Chinese character) and neck (LUKE-Infinite triangle).

IV. CONCLUSION:

11. Records of the incident during the conduct of the investigation and statement of
the witnesses suggest that QAOA TAN and LUKE HAUTE commited the crime of
Robbery in violation of RA 9165.

V. RECOMMENDATION:

12. WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully

recommend that the case for Robbery be filed against the two suspects at the office of
the city Prosecutor of Ormoc City.
