Cafe Haven, owned by Ms. Melissa Smith, is a new upscale cafe that will start its operations on August 09, 2040,
offering a variety of drinks, locally made pastries, and many more. It will be located at 295 Ashcraft Court, Los

Cafe Haven offers an extensive menu of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, frappe, and more. The cafe
also offers different types of locally made pastries and other snacks. Each product has a price range of $2.50 to
$10.

Cafe Haven’s target market is the general public working or residing near its location.

Cafe Havenhas two main competitors:

1. Base Cafe
Base Cafe is one of the leading cafes in the city. It has been operating for almost ve years now. Its target
market is mostly working professionals from the companies operating near its location.

2. Blend Cafe
Blend Cafe is another competitor that has been in the market for over four years now. It offers drinks and
pastries using organic ingredients.
