rd June, 2011 23 Sub: Important School Changes Dear Parents, As we approach the Summer Vacation we would like to apprise you of an important change we will be implementing as a result of the constructive feedback we received from the parent conferences. We will be shortening the school day by 30 minutes starting next week. This means the respective busses will depart at 2:15PM and 4:30PM and drop offs will happen 30 minutes earlier along the bus route. We will start this schedule on Monday the 27th of June so that we are acclimated to the new timing when the school resumes after the break. The class schedule will also be changing (below) with regards to PE class and wearing track suits. Track Suit Days Mon. Wed. Fri. Grades KG-III & VII-X KG-X (All) KG-X (All) We received many supportive suggestions during the conferences, from homework, to handwriting, to showing respect, and have been discussing them as a faculty. We thank those of you who attended or sent representatives to our recent Himalayan Book Fest, making it a resounding success.
