BACKGROUND:

In accordance with the Chapter 33 of Civil Code of Mongolia and the Law of Mongolia on Labor, Social
Insurance and Individual Income Tax, the parties have mutually agreed to enter this agreement with the
following terms and conditions:

CLAUSE 1: Roles of the Employee

1.1 The employer’s position is English teacher (Position)


1.2 The Employee directly reports to the officer specified in the Job Description (Appendix 1)
1.3 The Employee’s working condition is standard.
1.4 The Employee’s job description maybe reviewed and amended periodically.

CLAUSE 2: TERM

2.1 The total agreement term is 1 (one) year commencing on the first teaching day and is extendable
upon satisfactory performance.

2.2 This agreement shall be terminated upon termination by any of the parties with the grounds
specified in the laws of Mongolia

CLAUSE 3: Remuneration
3.1 The Employer shall pay the employee USD 1500 (one thousand five hundred) after tax per month.

3.2 Payment procedure, overtime pay and bonuses shall be governed by the Law of Mongolia on Labor
and the internal station operating procedure of the employer.

CLAUSE 4: ACCOMODATION ARRANGEMENTS

4.1 The employer shall be responsible for providing the Employee with a fully furnished studio
apartment and the employee shall be responsible for utility fees.

4.2 The lease agreement is attached hereto.

4.3 If the Employee fails to pay the utility fees of the apartment, then this amount shall be deducted
from her salary.

CLAUSE 5: Working hours

5.1 The Employee shall work full-time or 40 hours a week.

5.2 The Employee is responsible for teaching 22 teaching hours and spending another 18 hours planning
lessons, helping EAL students.

CLAUSE 6: Leave

6.1 The Employee is entitled for a paid annual leave in accordance with the Labor and the internal
operating procedure of the School.

6.2 The Employee is entitled for leaves on weekends and public holidays

6.3 Employee may take unpaid leave during the Christmas time.

6.4 The employee is responsible for providing an immediate notification of absences.

7. Rights and responsibilities of Employee

7.1 The Employee shall exercise the following rights:

a. to be provided with safe, sanitary working conditions as specified in the applicable laws and
regulations;

b. entitled for privileges, supplies in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures

c. receive remuneration equivalent to the workload;

d. take annual leave fully or partially according the applicable laws and regulations;

e. express her interest freely to the supervisor or to whoever she directly reports to;

f. submit complaints to the supervisor or whoever she directly reports to if she thinks that her
performance was appraised unfairly;

g. submit her request to the supervisor regarding increasing the pay, promotion, improving working
conditions, supply of necessary items or participating in training courses;
h. view personal profiles and records, performance appraisal forms;

i. engage in academic research concurrently;

j. any other rights stated in the applicable laws and regulations

7.2 The Employee’s responsibilities;

a. strictly follow applicable laws and regulations in her daily work;

b. perform duties and responsibilities specified in the Job description duly and execute tasks given by
the supervisor promptly;

c. read and be aware of laws and regulations relevant to her duties and responsibilities;

d. If or when teaching online make sure that the schedule is tightly followed;

e. ensure that interesting tools such as powerpoint shall be used for online lessons;

f. always strive to professionally develop and maintain active and creative approach to work use her
time at school efficiently and perform her duties with high quality;

g. If or when necessary, perform several tasks at the same time, replace and substitute other teachers
and work overtime;

h. unless otherwise stated in law, shall not obtain, disclose or abuse confidential information of the
Employer, students to the third party and abide by this obligation after termination of this agreement;

i. properly and cost-effectively use the Employer’s properties and facilities and not to overuse the limits
(telephone, cell phone call minutes or work transportation) whenever applicable;

j. abide by the labor safety law, regulations and instructions;

k. no misappropriate the Employer’s properties and facilities;

l. meet with the ethnic and communication requirements in communication with clients;

m. any other responsibilities stated in the law and internal operation procedure of the Employer.

n. maintain active and positive attitudes towards social activities organized inside and outside the
school.

8. Disciplinary measures

8.1 If the Employee fails to meet requirements and obligations specified in the Law of Mongolia and the
international operation procedure of the Employer and this agreement the Employer shall impose the
following disciplinary measures depending on the feature, frequency and the extent of loss and damage:

a. verbal warning

b. decrease employer’s salary up to 20 percent for up to 3 months or

c. terminate the present agreement.


8.2 Any of the following shall be considered a serious breach allowing the Employer to immediately
terminate the agreement.
