MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

Margaux’s Mushroom Farm, an enterprise base institution located at Purok 8, Mipangi, Nabunturan,
Davao de Oro represented herein by its Administrator, ESTRELIA O. SAURE herein referred to as the first
party.

F BERNAL AGRICULTURAL INTEGRATED FARM, an enterprise base institution with office address at Purok
4, Barangay Dauman, Montivista, Davao de Oro, represented herein by its Administrator, MR. FLORO B.
BERNAL, referred as the second party.

WITHNESSETH THAT:

1. The first party will use the Rice Farm Machineries of the second party as rental bases such as:
Manual Rice Seeder, Automatic Rice Seeder, Walk Behind Rice Transplanter, Four Wheel Tractor,
Combine Harvester, Paddy Weeder, and Power Drain.

2. The second party will determine the rental amount per tools and or machines use as needed
during the training.

This agreement shall take effect upon the signing of this agreement.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, THE PARTIES HAVE HERETO SIGNED THIS Memorandum of Agreement on
August ____, 2022 at Nabunturan, Davao de Oro.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Margaux’s Mushroom Farm, an enterprise base institution located at Purok 8, Mipangi, Nabunturan,
Davao de Oro represented herein by its Administrator, ESTRELIA O. SAURE herein referred to as the first
party.

MR. ROGER BALAGAT Land owner with an address at Purok 8, Mipangi, Nabunturan. Davao de Oro,
herein referred as the second party.

WITHNESSETH THAT:

1, The first party will use the 3 hectares rice farm field located at Purok 8. Mipangi, Nabunturan,
Davao de Oro for Learning Site of agriculture and other related student training activities for Five
consecutive years starting on December 2022 to December 2027.

2. The second party will be the in-charge for land preparation and rice irrigation per planting
season.
3. the first party will supply and apply the fertilizer, herbicide, and pesticide as needed.

4. the second party will be the recipient of all harvest as land owner and allow the second party
to use his thresher, Bao Bao, Kuliglig, hand tractor and other farm related tools and machineries in
rental basis.
5, the First party will occupy two hundred square meters for portion of the land area for
machines and storeroom.

This agreement shall take effect upon the signing of this agreement.
