    MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL

    ACCUSED, through and by undersigned counsel unto this Honorable


    Court most respectfully state:

    1. That the accused has been charged for Violation of Article 266-A,
    Paragraph 2 of Republic Act No. 8353;

    2. That the bail for his provisional release has been fixed at TWO
    HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS for each case;

    3. That the accused had been under the custody of the Cebu City Jail
    Warden, Cebu City;

    4. That considering from the time he was detained last March 9,


    2021, the accused does not post bail because he cannot afford it.
    Attached as Annex “A” is the Certificate of Indigency issued by

    Barangay Poblacion Occidental, Municipality of Consolacion, Cebu,
    Philippines.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE IN THE LIGHT OF THE FOREGOING PREMISES, it is


    most respectfully prayed unto this Honorable Court to reduce the
    amount of bail; and
    Other reliefs just or equitable under the premises are likewise
    prayed.
