 Strategic Advisory: Advising senior management and business teams on structuring transactions, new investments
or initiatives, benefits under different incentives schemes introduced by Government
 Internal and External Stakeholder Management: Across hierarchy in finance, business, group companies, investor
groups, solicitors, banks & regulatory authorities (income tax, service tax, GST, STPI, SEZ, DoT etc.)
 Business Transformation: Lead multiple transformation initiatives yielding positive EBITA contribution via
incremental revenue generation or cost saves
 Maintained average employee cost while absorbing the pay-hikes (8% to 10%)
 Enhancing insurance coverage benefits for employees while maintaining cost by negotiating pricing
 Slashed employees benefit cost by 10% by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and
