Notice Inviting E-Tender

On line e-bids in two bid system comprising of Technical Bid (Part-I) and Financial
Bid (Part-II) are invited for insurance of “Fire,Theft & Burglary Insurance of
Medicine and Surgical Stores" of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical
Sciences, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, from eligible
firms/contractors who fulfill the eligibility criteria as given in the bid document. The
detailed NIT complete with bid documents shall be available for downloading on e-
tender portal: https://etender.up.nic.in from 03/08/2022 to 02/09/2022 up to 3:00
PM. The e-bids (Technical Bid & Price Bid ) must be submitted online on the above
e-tender site till 02/09 /2022, up to 3:00 PM and the same shall be opened on
03/09/2022 at 11:00 AM.
The Director of Dr.RMLIMS, Lucknow reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all e-Bids or annul the bidding process in part or full at any stage without assigning
any reason thereof.
