Rica: Good Afternoon Future Educators, it is my pleasure to be your emcee for this afternoon. We are
gathered here for the General Assembly for student teachers batch 2018-2019.
By the way I’m Rica a 3rd year Education student here ____. I would like to extend a very warm welcome
to all of you.

Prayer and National Anthem

Rica: Before anything else, May I invite everyone to invoke the Almighty God. May I request all of you
to stand for invocation.
Please remain standing for the Philippine National Anthem and ___Hymn.

Opening Remarks

Rica: Please take your seats. Again I welcome you for the general assembly for student teachers batch
2018-2019.
To begin our general assembly , we are pleased to have ____, our OIC for College of teacher Education
to deliver her welcome remarks and to give the rationale.

Rica: Thank you Mr./ Ms.____ for that wonderful remarks.

Elections of Officers for Batch March 2019

Rica: So now we will be having our election of officers for batch 2019.

Me: The floor is now open for the nomination for president. (pause and wait for any nominations)
Me: Yes, would you please state your name and nomination? Are there further nominations?
Me: no more nominations, nominations for president is now closed.
--Someone must second the motion.

Orientation on the pre-enrollment phase

Rica: So now, we have already elected our officers for batch march 2019, let us now call our beloved
teacher Mr./Ms.___ our student teacher Supervisor to give us an orientation on the pre-enrollment
phase . Let’s give her a round of applause.
