PUMPS FOR STARCH (TEXTILE INDUSTRY)

Internal gear positive displacement pumps are ideal for

starch pumping.
Despite the not too high viscosity of the starch, the E series pumps
guarantee a constant flow rate at each revolution of the crankshaft.
The dimensions of the pumps remain relatively small related to the
flow rate. The continuous and non-pulsating flow also facilitates the
input of the starch in the various process steps.

• Working pressure up to 5 bars
• Positive displacement
• Self-priming (they can be placed above the fluid level)
• Constant flow without pulsation (emulsions or turbulences are
not created)
• Reversible (they can reverse the sense of pumping)

• Internal gear positive displacement pump with body and cover in AISI316 stainless steel, gears in antiacid bronze alloy, stainless steel
shafts, Ramie/PTFE packing shaft seal
Possibility of installing a safety valve integrated on the pump cover
Pump installed on the baseplate and coupled to the motor through an elastic coupling
Electric motor: 1.1 kW 6-pole (a frequency converter can be connected for flow rate adjustments)
• Flow rate: 60 l/min
• Special models on request (different flow rates, materials and sealing systems)
