3. 12th Grade mark sheet/ Transcript
4. Birth Certificate
5. Aadhar Copy
6. Pancard Copy
7. Official Academic IELTS or TOEFL score sheet
8. College/university Diploma mark sheet(from first semester to last semester
in order)
9. Certificate/Diploma/Degree (if not then provisional certificate)
10. Backlog certificate from University/College
11. Study Record if the student is in foreign country, on study permit, any
academic records in another foreign institution.
12. Any other educational documents (If applicable)
13. Any work appointment letter(if any) and experience certificates
14. LOA form (in excel format )
15. Digital Photo ( in JPEG format)
16. Valid Study Permit(if applicable)
17. Visa (If applicable)

Note:- All documents should be in different attachments (in PDF format and less than five
MB size ) good/legible copies by scanning with high quality scanner only in the same
sequence as mentioned above.
