portion of the budget allocation in the Annual Implementation Plan for the DepEd programs for the Teachers Day is to procure T-shirts

Rationale

Every school year we are celebrating World teachers Month this upcoming September 5, to
October 5, 2020, with the theme “Teachers : Leading in crisis, reimagining the future”. This event
particularly given the opportunity for the Teachers as Educator that molds the minds and hearts of
students to become a better person, being responsible, discipline and productive citizens someday, to
be recognized and to be celebrated.

Furthermore, we envision that on this month Teachers are given what to used for the said event ‘
World Teachers Day “for this year 2020.
