Background
Many businesses don’t know ways of increasing productivity at their workplaces.
You are required to identify ways that a business can use to motivate its employees
so as to increase productivity. Make sure you include financial and non-financial
methods of motivation
CALA
The Cala has two parts , A , B and C. You must complet all the parts .
PART A
- Carry out a research for an organization identifying ways that a business can
use to motivate its employees so as to increase productivity.
- In your research include observations, interviews, record notes and take
pictures
PART B
- Present your findings on the responses given and observations made.
PART C
Write a report on the financial and non-financial ways of motivating workers to the
relevant authority

How you would be assessed:


- Facilitator will consider the originality and explanations on motivation.
- To assess your presentation, your facilitator will consider your research
materials, explanations about motivation.
- Achievement standards specific to this CALA will be provided so that you
are aware of the assessment criteria.
