University Admissions Workshop

TIEP Activities
Soccer Game Sign up at Brookes desk to play soccer with UT students from the Arabic Institute. The game will be Thursday, June 30, at 7:00 p.m., at intramural field #10 on Guadalupe St., between 46th and 51st St.

Keep TIEP Clean

Treat TIEP like it is your own home. Please help us by doing these simple things: 1. Throw your trash in the trash cans. Do not place it on the ground or on top of cars. 2. Put your cigarette butts in the ashtrays outside, not on the ground. 3. Do not sit on the hoods of cars in the TIEP parking lot. There are benches outside the building for you to sit on. 4. If you spill water in the bathroom, please clean it up immediately. Help us make this a nice place to work and study!

4th of July Party Celebrate American Independence Day with TIEP on Friday, July 1, at 11:30 a.m. in the Study Hall. Well have lunch, games, and fun with classmates and teachers. SeaWorld Sign up to go to SeaWorld San Antonio with TIEP! The trip will be Saturday, July 16, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Cost is $50 for TIEP students. Cost includes transportation and park admission fees. The trip is free for University Express students, but you must sign up. Sign up begins on Tuesday, June 28. Space is limited.

TIEP will be closed on Monday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday.

Keep Austin Weird Fest

Keep Austin Weird Festival and 5K Run Saturday, June 25 Festival, 2:00 p.m. 5K Run, 7:00 p.m. The Long Center 701 W. Riverside Dr. Come for a big party with live music, activities, food, and lots of people watching. Wear a costume if you want and help keep Austin weird!

Poolside Movie
Its a splash party movie night! Watch Grease while cooling off in the pool. Saturday, June 25 8:30 p.m. Deep Eddy Municipal Pool 401 Deep Eddy Dr. Cost is $3 for adults and $1 for kids.

Austin Museum of Art

Take a free tour of the Austin Museum of Art. It would be a good way to practice your listening skills! Austin Museum of Art (AMOA) 823 Congress St. Tour time: Every Saturday, 2:00 p.m. Museum entrance ($4 for students)
