Based on the chapters and poems done in your syllabus prepare the research based project for English Term I
ALS; according to the following assigned roll nos.
 Linguistic Diversity [Last Lesson] [Roll No. 01-07]
 Child labour in My Country [Lost Spring] [Roll No. 08-14]
 Accepting and Overcoming fear [Deep Water] [Roll No. 15- 21]
 Humanity and Generosity [Rattrap] [Roll No. 22- 28]
 Mental Wellbeing [Third Level] [Roll No. 29- 35]
 Parents-The Indispensable Bond [My mother at Sixty Six] [Roll No. 36- 44]

I. INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PROJECT


1. Prepare a questionnaire of 15-20 questions, based on your topic.
2. Conduct an interview , as per the question. Video/ Audio Recording must be prepared for 2-3 mins.
3. Prepare a google form of the questionnaire to be filled by your friends/relatives from different walks of
life [minimum 05].
4. Write a report on the basis of the interview and google form you have taken in 800-1000 words.
5. Viva will be taken in the final phase of the project.
II. Project-Portfolio/ Project Report For Submission
The Project-Portfolio/Project Report is a compilation of the work that the students produce during the process of
working on their ALS Project.
 The Project-Portfolio should include the following:
 Cover page, with the title of the project, school details/details of students.
 Statement of purpose/objectives/goals
 Certificate of completion under the guidance of the teacher.
 Action plan for the completion of assigned tasks
 Materials such as questionnaires for interviews, written assignments, essays, survey reports, and other
material evidence of learning progress and academic accomplishment.
 The 800-1000 words essay/Script/Report.
 Student/group reflections.
 Photographs that capture the positive learning experiences of the student.
 List of resources/bibliography
