    Site chosen for activity-


    Physical- Apartment 2BHK flat on 2nd floor.
    For physical impairment simple daily activities we perform at home could be
    challenging also average human spends most of their time at home therefore
    having user friendly home is most important.

    Vision- Apartment and Residential building 2BHK flat on 2nd floor in


    building without lift.
    Finding out circulation spaces and guessing where you are heading, walking through
    parking spaces, entrance area of residential building would be difficult without
    vision

    Hearing- Grocery store On ground floor.


    There is maximum communication needed in public places like grocery store without
    being able to hear the grocery shopping would be challenging in many aspects.

    Solutions for above problems.

    Physical impairment
    1. Install railings in long horizontal hallways, ramps, bathrooms, toilets to have user
    friendly experience.
    2. Install suitable heighted or adjustable counters and furniture.
    3. Install textured flooring in bathroom and toilets also on ramps.

    Vision impairment
    1. Create barrier free spaces.
    2. The blend of materials and acoustical features will be helpful to the visually
    impaired people.
    3. Differences in floor textures and changes in temperature, provide landmarks for
    persons who cannot see.

    Hearing impairment
    1. Natural or artificial lighting needs to be sufficient to ensure clear vision but avoid
    glare.
    2. Install commercial public address/ audio visual system in public areas.
