1. Contract Title: EPCI of Wellhead Platforms, Associated Pipelines and Brownfield Modifications for
Zawtika Development Project Phase 1D

2. Contract No: MMC20-5039

Note:

TENDERER shall review and populate the Project SSHE Risk Assessment ITT SSHE Section Attachment 2

 The Pre-populated SSHE Hazards shall be assessed considering Project scope, and TENDERERS onshore and the
offshore activities. The qualification risk assessment shall be based on the COMPANY SSHE Risk Ranking Matrix as
provided and Standard ISO 17776 LISTING OF HAZARDS
 TENDERER should consider the hazards without any risk mitigations, (initial risk) thereafter TENDERER shall detail the
proposed risk mitigations and safety controls which TENDERER considers would if implemented reduce the risk and
reassess the risk ranking which demonstrate risk values may be reduced to as low as possible.

Guidance:

 TENDERER is expected to update the Risk Ranking table Mitigations and contingencies accordingly
 Purpose of the activity is to assess TENDERER concept and acknowledgement of Project related SSHE risks and the anticipated
risk mitigation options it would consider during execution.
 Risk Matrix shall be COMPANY Procedures 11038-STD-SSHE-401-R06 SSHE Risk Management Standard
 In the event of award the document shall be utilized as applicable in preparation of specific Work Instructions, Job Safety
Analysis and any relevant top hazards included within monthly Project Risk Management reviews.
 TENDERER if successful will utilize and continually revise this document under the Project Monthly Risk Assessment
 TENDERER at its own discretion may additional activity activities and assess accordingly; utilizing COMPANY Risk Standard
and ISO 17776 LISTING OF HAZARDS as necessary
 Note: the Initial Risk Rankings are subjective assessment and will be revised with Project Team during execution
