Labor Contract Agreement (LCA).
3. As agreed upon , supply labor, equipment, tools, etc. needed to complete the work.
4. Prominence reserves the right to cancel or reject any of all of the items covered by this J.O. if the terms and conditions contained in the corresponding
quotation(s) submitted by you and those contained herein are not followed or properly complied with.
5. Strict compliance of procedures and guidelines must be observed.
6. No payment will be made on your billing unless this J.O. is attached thereto.
7. contractor shall inform the authorized company representative of any delay in the accomplishment.
8. A penalty equivalent to 1/10 of 1% of the remaining balance shall be imposed for every day of delay in the accomplishment of work.
