Ang Guiguinto National Vocational High School-Annex General Parents and Teachers
Association (GPTA) mula sa Malis, Guiguinto, Bulacan ay nauna na pong lumapit sa inyong
butihing tanggapan taong 2019 para sa kahilingang maipaayos ang kasalukuyang ‘STAGE’ ng
aming paaralan.
Ang amin pong liham kahilingan ay naipadala po sa inyong tanggapan at inyo pong nalagdaan
na. Ayon po sa aming nakausap mula sa inyong opisina, ito po ay may Control No. 10636-2019.
Ang liham pong ito ay upang muli po sanang mabigyang pansin ang aming kahilingan at
maaprubahan para sa pag-release ng pondo sa naturang proyekto.
Kami po ay umaasa sa inyong positibong pagtugon sa aming kahilingan. Pauna na po ang aming

Greetings!

The coming School Year 2022-2023, the General Parent and Teacher Association of Guiguinto
National Vocational High School – Annex is pursuing a project of improving the school physical
status and one of this would be the current condition of the school flag pole. It was being
relocated years back to give way to the construction of the new school building and covered
court. As a result, an improvised location to where it stands now becomes its temporary place
where we pay respect to our flag during a ceremony.

We, together with the Officer in Charge of the GNVHS – Annex, collaboratively work forward
to your good office a letter of request to help us improve and install the mentioned project for our
beloved school.

Attach here are list of materials and labor fee needed for the new flag pole for the school.
