Following his MBA, Nitish began working for a tiny consulting business in Jamshedpur at a lesser
income than he was making at Infosys.
After two years, he felt his creativity and learning curve had stagnated and he wanted to move
on to a new firm.

During the interview, Nitish and Meena, the operations officer, got into an argument about
matters pertaining to salary.
In order to renegotiate with Nitish, Mr. Kapoor became involved in the situation. Meena became
personally angry with Nitish as a result, and she sought to ruin his reputation.

Nitesh
An internal center of control is a trait of Nitesh. He thinks his diligence will enable him to exert
control over the circumstance.
He did not take into account circumstances and outside factors. He has a high sense of self since
he views his labor of love as his unique selling point.
Them is hardly an exaggeration to describe him as meek given that he withholds his
accomplishments unless the circumstance specifically calls for it.

Meena
Meena suffers from neuroticism, which causes her to have unfavorable feelings.
She misunderstood Nitesh's perspective and assumed that his personality was the product of his
