RULES & REGULATIONS

FOR STD X TRIP FROM 9th TO 12th April, 2022

Kindly adhere to the following protocols:

1. Wearing face mask is mandatory at all times.
2. Social distancing must be maintained as per the norms.
3. Carry sanitizer.

Kindly note the following for the excursion to Goa.

1. Web check in will be done by the school prior to the date of travel.
2. Boarding pass will be handed over to the teacher incharge.
3. Luggage to be carried (ONE SUITCASE - MAXIMUM 15 KGS & ONE HAND
BAGGAGE MAXIMUM 7 KGS ONLY). In case of excess baggage, charges will be
borne by the student.
4. Do not carry valuable articles. The students will be responsible for any loss of
money/mobiles/camera/gadgets and belongings.
5. The students are required to carry the necessary toiletries and medicines normally
used by them.
6. Littering the surroundings in the airport, aeroplane, bus, hotel and tourist area is
strictly prohibited. A fine will be levied.
7. No student will be allowed to meet any relative/friend or go with them even for a short
while during the tour.
8. No student should move around on their own nor leave the group without the
permission of the teacher in charge.
9. The students will be responsible for the keys of their respective rooms. The keys
should be left at the reception before they proceed for sightseeing, shopping etc. If lost
fine will be levied.
10. The students are also responsible for the furniture and other items present in their
room. Any breakages will be charged as per actuals.
11. The students are advised to use mineral water for their journey.
12. Kindly study the itinerary in detail.
13. The students are to report to their teacher in charge, in case of any problem.
14. The use of swimming pool is strictly prohibited.

Rules regarding clothing & footwear:

❖ Girls are not allowed to wear sleeveless shirts/T shirts, off shoulders or cold
shoulder dresses/shirts/T shirts
❖ Girls are allowed to wear knee length/below knee length skirts, frocks and shorts.
❖ Dark coloured synthetic T shirts, knee length leggings (fast dry) to be worn at the
beach.
❖ Bathroom slippers / flip flops to be worn at the beach.
❖ Preferably wear sports shoes/sneakers.
❖ Wear comfortable cotton clothes.

Necessary items to be brought:

Torch, napkins, mosquito cream, hat, umbrella, necessary medicines, toiletries and
 hand sanitizer.
