The document discusses the challenges of being a HyFlex teacher who uses a hybrid flexible model of teaching that combines both in-person and online instruction. The primary challenge is a lack of available technology, as HyFlex teaching requires equipment that allows students to participate from home. The teacher will need to plan extensively to consider and prepare for a variety of in-person and online audiences. While this model provides flexibility for students, it takes significantly more planning from the teacher's point of view compared to traditional or fully online teaching.

WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED FROM THE PREVIOUS ASYNC SESSION, ARE YOU READY TO SERVE AS A HYFLEX TEACHER?
- HOLA!!!! From the asynchronous session we had, I
have learned a lot especially in a Hybrid - Flexible way of teaching. / I need to understand and embrace as a 21st century teacher, that this student-centered form of class delivery combines in-person instruction with online synchronous video sessions / or asynchronous content delivery. / - There is no doubt that teaching this hard times will look different from prior years. / The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the nature of our education set-up and necessitates us, as teachers to modify our methods of instruction. To assist our education system in addressing these, there are several tools and models accessible. The Hybrid-Flexible Model is one that has drawn attention from across the country. Some experts proved that this model "enables a flexible participation policy for students, whereby students may choose to attend face-to-face synchronous class sessions in-person (typically in a traditional classroom) or complete course learning activities online without physically attending class." - So, as a teacher, I need and I have to be ready in teaching the lessons as I would / in a traditional classroom, but my students can join me in person, / participate via video conferencing, / or view a recording of the course. - So, on our part, one thing we should recognize is that we need a lot of planning and preparation for this to come up with practical, efficient, and highly effective ideas that will best cater all the needs of our learners without a single one being compromised. - This would be all, thank you and mabuhay! HELLO AGAIN, THIS IS JENNY MAE ORILLA UNDER SECTION AI. THIS IS IN RESPONSE FOR OUR TASK 2 DURING OUR COURSE 1. SO FOR THE QUESTION, what will be your primary challenge as a HyFlex teacher and how do you intend to address it? - I believe that there will be challenges in implementing HyFlex teaching delivery and I consider the lack of available technology as one main obstacle to this. But, as educators whose top priority is the quality education of our learners, every HyFlex lesson must feature a physical classroom with equipment that enables students to watch the session online from their homes. - And….. this model also is now in trend since this provides the most flexibility for students. Though, it can be difficult from a teacher’s point of view / because we have to consider and prepare for various audiences. / Compared to teaching a traditional class or even an online-only session, teaching with this paradigm effectively takes a lot more planning.
