NARRATIVE REPORT

I attended the Division Orientation on National School Building Inventory last January 10,
2017 at Narra Pilot School, Narra, Palawan. The one day orientation deals about how to fill out
the National School Building Inventory template/ form accurately and comprehensively.

The facilitators, Mr. Thong Basaya and Engr. Jocelyn D. Rivas explained well each
information in the NSBI template. Inquiries regarding the filling-out of the forms were also
catered. Before the orientation ends, we made a sample of our school site development plan and
fill out the NSBI forms and submitted to the facilitators as our output.

NARRATIVE REPORT

The undersigned attended the DepEd ICT Literacy Training of Trainers for School ICT
Coordinator last November 14-16, 2016 at Skylight Convention Center, Puerto Princessa City.

The said training taught the participants how to make different activity cards in Publisher
and Excel. Every activity, we are required to submit a consolidated outputs.

Inquiries regarding LIS were also raised and have been answered.

NARRATIVE REPORT

The undersigned attended the Division Orientation/ Workshop on National School Building
Inventory System on February 20, 2017 at Citystates Asturias Hotel Palawan, Puerto Princesa City.

The said workshop gave ICT Coordinators time to understand deeper the NSBI System
specifically in encoding accurately the data for each table through the help of knowledgeably
equipped facilitators. Making corrections on the date filled out by the school property custodian
were done.
 It was been a productive day for all the participants because we accomplished encoding
the date needed in the template, printed and submitted it to the Engineers of the Division of
Palawan for validation. We also started encoding the data in the system due to good internet
connection.
