2018 ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (ADACs) PERFORMANCE AUDIT

ASSESSMENT/VALIDATION

I. RATIONALE
Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Memorandum Circular No.
2019-117 re: 2018 ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL PERFORMANCE AUDIT.
The ADAC Provincial Audit Team (APT), to be organized by the DILG Provincial Office,
shall be chaired by the DILG Provincial Director or his representative. The APT shall be
composed of representatives from the provincial Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine
Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), and two (2) CSOs.

II. OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the creation of ADAC APT is to ensure proper assessment/validation of
the 2018 Anti-Drug Abuse Council performance audit through the use of ADAC Performance
audit protocols and indicator references.

III. STRATEGY OF IMPLEMENTATION

A one-day conference of the ADAC Provincial Audit Team (APT) to assess/validate on
line all documents/MOVs of the eleven (11) Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Councils of the
province of Catanduanes.

IV. PARTICIPANTS, VENUE AND SCHEDULE

a. Participants
A total of 10 participants (5 APT Members, 1 Cluster Head, 1 Program Manager,
1 Focal Person, 2 Provincial Office support staff).
b. Venue
The activity will be held in the DILG Provincial Office conference Hall.
c. Schedule
September 17, 2019
