1 Talian is appointed as the external Michael, Idho, Fery PR Open
consultant (expert) for the maximo
improvement project. The PR/PO for this
service is in progress.
2 All material purchase should be registered All Dept Managers Procedure Done
as SPF. Support from all dept manager is apply on
required to encourage all users within their 1/4/2021
dept to create SPF for material purchase.
3 Budget remaining needs to be showed on Idho / Ferry Nugraha ….. Open
the PO screen to ease the budget control.
It should be user friendly.
4 SPF workflow was clearly defined in Idho / BJ Done Done
separated meeting. The minor purchase
related to POH/PBM spare parts will be
covered under Blanket Order/Delivery
Instruction.

6. It is necessary to show how this integration Idho / Rochman N/A Open

system can be implemented well in other
company, related to the integration of HR
system. This issue will be raised &
discussed further with the expert/provider
to see the benchmark from other company

9. The project for EPASS integration to Bayu
Maximo is changed to EPASS upgrade.
The budget allocated is also shifted for
EPASS upgrade
