EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF ABSPEC’S BOARD OF TRUSTEES

HELD AT DRMMMGS BUILDING, BARANGAY MARAWI POBLACION, MARAWI CITY ON JUNE 22, 2018

WHEREAS, it is hereby resolved that upon motion of Dayamon Mangondato Guiling, President of
ABSPEC and the Vice Chairman of its Governing Board of Trustees, duly seconded by all the latter’s members
agreed to open an account with the Land of the Philippines, Marawi City Branch;

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of ABSPEC, hereby resolved that the following school officials are
authorized to deposit, withdraw, endorse or negotiate checks and otherwise deal with the Bank Deposit and/or
other financial transactions pertaining to AL BANGSAMORO SHARI’AH AND PROFESSIONAL
EDUCATION COLLEGE TERTIARY EDUCATION SUBSIDY, to wit:

1. OMAR-ALI MANGONDATO SHARIEF (CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD);

2. DAYAMON MANGONDATO GUILING (PRESIDENT);
3. PRINCESS MAHIDA GUILING SHARIEF (CORPORATE SECRETARY);
4. OMAR GUILING SHARIEF(TREASURER)

WHEREAS, the Board hereby designate DAYAMON MANGONDATO SHARIEF AND OMAR
GUILING SHARIEF as PRINCIPAL SIGNATORIES and OMAR-ALI MANGONDATO SHARIEF
AND PRINCESS MAHIDA GUILING SHARIEF as SECONDARY SIGNATORIES respectively,
pertaining to any deposit, withdrawal, endorsement, or negotiation relating to the account of AL
BANGSAMORO SHARI’AH AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION COLLEGE with the LAND BANK
OF THE PHILIPPINES’ MARAWI CITY BRANCH. Moreover, the Board hereby resolved that the
principal and secondary signatories may act/sign alternatively in the event that one or both of the principal or
secondary signatories is/are absent.

WHEREAS, it is hereby resolved that the resolution shall remain effective unless a new resolution
amending, revoking, or superseding the same.

WHEREAS, the Members of the Board, hereby affixed our signatures this 19th day of March, 2019 at
Al Bangsamoro Shari’ah and Professional Education College, DRMMMGS Building, Barangay Marawi
Poblacion, Marawi City.
