PERSONAL REFLECTION NOTES

October 12, 2021

Every educator takes a different method to instructing and learning. It doesn't matter
what approach you like to take as long as you are still carrying out your obligations as a
teacher. Varied social groups have different perspectives on and understandings of the
teaching profession. To build a personalized approach to teaching, particularly in this time of
crisis when face-to-face sessions are interrupted, we must reflect on our earlier educational
experiences and underline how they influenced us as teachers. The terms "technology
utilization," "equality reflection," and "pedagogy" highlight various viewpoints on instructing
and learning while accumulating beliefs. By considering the choices I made in the new normal
education, I need to start functioning like a reflective teacher. The best educational experience
I made were in LNHS wherein the learners have the eagerness to learn and improve their
status in life. And I want to be the one to help them in chasing their dreams.

The phrase "Be the best version of yourself" serves as my inspiration for the second
quarter. If we put our faith in God above our own abilities and expertise, we can be the best.
Before, I was just a regular teacher whose only responsibility was to teach in the classroom all
day. However, I put forth more effort to meet new obstacles in my teaching career by
accepting mentoring and advice from my mentor (Head Teacher, Master Teacher, and
Colleague). I started working on my project innovation and DLAC proposal. By accepting that
I need to study more than I previously did, I can declare that I improve my teaching career.

I discovered that I could store images that are important to my profession as a teacher
on Facebook Messenger. I'll have a chance to go over all my tactics now by browsing through
the pictures in my messenger. Think about how vital it is for instructors to constantly grow for
a moment. Let's apply the lessons we've learnt from our past selves to improve upon them in
the present. Let's work on developing self-happiness and career dedication. Instead, then
indulging in the terrible aspects of our lives, let's concentrate on liking what we do. Ignore
anyone who gets in the way of the overall development of our students and keep inspiring
them.

My daughter first noticed the beauty of the world on May 15, 2022. I have never
been happier as I am right now because to this occurrence in my life. I genuinely want to make
my baby proud to call me her dad. She should know that her father is an excellent educator
who inspires the minds of my beloved students while they are young. This school year taught
me that, whether bad or wonderful things happen in our lives, we should always learn from
them and adjust to our new understanding of the situation. Congratulations to the teachers of
the new normal. BE THE BEST VERSION OF OURSELVES, just like on my first reflection.
Let's take pride in our profession as teachers.
