I was born in 2003. It was a different time. A lot has changed now.

I loved listening to music as a child. Previously, Dima Bilan, Sergey Lazarev, Yolka, VIA Gra and
others were popular. Maybe I listened to it and I remember these performers. The fashion was for
clothes made of denim, sweatshirts, wide jeans. The most important fashion star was Britney
Spears. At that time, stationary computers, the first touch phones, wired Internet appeared in
Ukraine. There were the first flat-screen TVs and many different shows: Karaoke on the Maidan, the
First Millionaire. I watched cartoons Tom and Jerry, Totally Spice, Galactic Football, Winx. I didn't like
movies, so I don't remember what I saw then. The news was all about the crisis and the Orange
Revolution.

Now I live in a technological world. A very different world. Foreign music is popular, such artists as
Drake, Kid Cudi, Kani West. Monatic, Max Barskikh, Tina Karol, Jamala and others are known in
Ukraine. Fashion is back, those things that were popular 20 years ago have become fashionable
again. The technological world has completely turned upside down. Now there is the Internet in
every corner of the country, the phone is always in the bag, laptops, flat-screen TVs, the virtual
world and the cryptocurrency market. I don’t watch TV at all. The phone has become a replacement
for everything and all the applications in it too. Military details are everywhere in the news now, but
a little earlier it was all about the development of our great country of Ukraine.

Everything has changed a lot in 10-18 years. The world develops, changes and becomes only more
interesting. I think in the same period of time, around 2040, I will be able to write about a
completely new and now unknown.
