ii. the transportation company’s final arrangements on the route ie. to drop-off and/or pick up point, cancellation, delays, or changes in seating etc.
In no event Easybook shall be liable to the customer for any losses, expenses, lost profits, or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of
including but not limited to, service interruptions of the website or mobile apps, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Easybook.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Order Summary is issued upon passenger’s acceptance of Easybook’s General Ticketing Policy (“Policy”) and successful payment of the order. In the event of any
discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms of this fine print and the Policy, the Policy will prevail, govern and control.
2. Passenger(s) are advised to print out your order summary or have it ready to view on their phone/tablet to expedite the check-in/boarding process at the check-in counter.
Fees may be imposed for re-print at the counter. If there’s no counter available, passenger may use this Order Summary for boarding purpose.
3. It is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure that they have all the required travel document (eg. passport, visa, entry permit etc) to enter the destination.
4. Save for Refundable Booking, all Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable regardless of any duplicate bookings, loss of ticket, lateness or refused entry
into the country of destination unless otherwise agreed by the relevant transportation company and charges may be imposed.
5. Unless otherwise stated, the luggage allowance for each passenger shall not exceed the size of 20 inches, otherwise charges mayl be imposed. Easybook will not be liable
for any losses or damages to their luggage howsoever arising.
6. Prohibited items including but not limited to drugs and flammable items are not allowed on board. Passenger will have to bear the responsibility for the possession of prohibited
items if discovered.
7. Please ensure the necessary embarkation cards have been filled up before any customs clearance. Please seek assistance from the officer on the bus if the passenger
requires any assistance.
8. For all international travel, the bus will only wait for at most 20 minutes at the immigration checkpoint or at such point as informed by the transportation company from time to
time. Passenger is advised to check with the transportation driver/officer available on the bus. The bus will depart and board on time and it is the passenger’s sole
responsibility to arrange his/her own transport to the destination should he/she failed to get on the board.
9. Easybook reserves the right to amend the terms of this Order Summary and any amendments will be informed to the passenger as soon as reasonably possible.
