一、Main usage and main specification
The ZM9325 series glass straight line edging machine is suitable for different size and thickness flat glass grinding, it can
rough grinding、fine grinding and polishing finish in one time; the polishing flat is similar to the smooth degree of glass
body, While adjusting the different processing thickness,（you can reference the digital display in front beam to adjust）；
front chamfer motor can move synchronically with front beam; with advanced structure; high precision，easy operation. It
is the necessary tool for glass machinery.

二、Installation and adjusting:

（1）Total structure（see attached 6）
It consists of input guide、glass support、machine body and output guide.
(2) Adjusting level：
The level of the host is by adjusting the adjusting screw and six horn (see Figure 8) to achieve level ,and
then tighten the‘locking nut’.

The level of glass support frame is by adjusting two ‘adjusting screw’ in right and left frame, and machine
body horn to assurance (see Figure 9): firstly to loose the ‘locking nut’, that adjusting the ’adjusting
screw’, lastly tighten the‘locking nut’ after it adjusts level.

The level adjusting of transfer guide: firstly to loose the ‘locking nut’, that adjusting the ’adjusting screw’
to reach transfer guide level, lastly tighten the‘locking nut’ after finishing adjusting(see Figure 10).

(3) Cooling system：

Used one ∮ 30 inner diameter plastic hose connecting cool water, and cooling nine grinding wheel. Two
∮ 63 and one root ∮ 50 plastic hose connected host water tank into the circulating water tank (or let’s
go).
Through the circulating water tank, the cooling water can be recycled, also used running water directly
cooled, running water directly let go, not recycled.
Note: The host tank waterway system must be kept clear, so you must be pull down the∮30 plastic hose
which connected to the cooling water, connected to the air compressor, used compressed air to remove
the precipitate inside the waterway.

(4) Connection of cooling pump：

Power in the right column of host is a power for cooling water pump.

三、Operation
Turn on the power, connect water pump into water pumps power outlet, start the machine need
according to the following procedure:
Turn on the power, the power indicator light.
Press the water pumps start button, start the pump, check the waterway.

Press the motor start button to start the 11pcs grinding motor
Press the transmission start button, machine start running.
Put the glass on guide，glass begin processing.
Check each motor ammeter case, when the glass coming, appropriate adjust the handwheel of motor
seat, in order to adapt to different grinding volume requirement.
After finish processing, press the emergency stop button to stop the machine.
Note：
1) Feed speed adjustment, you must adjust the hand wheel on the CVT during operation, avoid
downtime when adjustment.
1) Before you turn on the machine，in addition to access to three-phase power supply in the power
supply terminals must access the zero line. The body grounding screw at a certain ground, so to ensure
the safe and normal operation.

四、Maintenance and repair:

(1)Lubrication
Every day after work, to Sassafras clean machine, no paint to exposed, chrome oxide parts coated with
anti-rust oil.
B. Mechanical CVT continuously variable parts of Ub-1 CVT oil lubrication. Replaced once every 1000
operating hours, the amount of oil to the middle of the oil immersion, avoid excess. The variable speed
parts lubricated by grease every 3000 operating hours filling grease .
C. Worm gear reducer 350 extreme pressure industrial gear oil, every 3000 operating hours need
replace one time, the amount of oil to the middle of oil immersion lens, about 0.2 liters.
D. Part of main drive gear, bearings lubricated, need grease every 3 to 4 months.

(2) Maintenance：
Maintenance of motor. every 3 -4 months, removed the grinding head motor, replace the skeleton ring
and grease to bearings coated.
B. The maintenance of transmission chain. Every 3 to 4 months, need grease to drive chain, conditional
to remove the drive chain and remove the chain with kerosene soaked cleaning, reinstall smearing
grease.

六、Warranty instructions
All customers who buy our equipment through legal channels can enjoy six-month equipment warranty service from
the date purchase in condition of electrical parts, plastic parts and non-human cause’s failure.

Following conditions do not cover under warranty when in processing of using：

1) malfunction or damage caused in transportation and unloading.
2) malfunction caused by unauthorized disassemble, modify, and other man-made failure.
3) malfunction or damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disaster, war and so on).
4) Damage caused by failure to use, repair and maintenance according to equipment manuals.

We can provide paid maintenance service to all equipments which are not covered under warranty, and
can be repaired. Buyer is responsible for travel cost and local accommodation.
