Leadership in business is the capacity of a company's management to set and
achieve challenging goals, take fast and decisive action when needed, outperform
the competition, and inspire others to perform at the highest level they can.
Leadership in the company is essential because it is what defines the direction of the
company and also for the development of any business. The leader is responsible
for the behavior and results obtained by a business.
➢ Leadership is setting and achieving goals, tackling the competition, and solving
problems decisively and quickly.
➢ Leadership also refers to the tone a company's management sets in terms of the
corporate culture.
➢ Some people with strong leadership skills in the business world rise to become
the CEO, COO, CFO, president, or chair of their companies.
1-) "Improves business performance." The leader helps to promote creativity and
motivation, that helps the worker enjoy her work and thus there is more business
performance.
2-) "The short, medium and long term objectives are achieved." The leader in the
company helps to establish clearly what they want to achieve, what they propose to
achieve and in what period of time, and good leadership is the key to achieving this.
3-) "Teamwork is favored." Teamwork is very important because it helps to
streamline the production processes and the results are of higher quality. It also
improves the work environment, since obligations become shared challenges that
encourage you to work in harmony while you share experiences and experiences
day after day.
4-) "The general company and its internal and external image are improved." When
the company has a good operation, this means that it has a good image. It is
important to have a good image because it will facilitate the difference between one
company and another, creating value for the public.
5-) "It improves the competitiveness of the company." A leader improves the
competitiveness of the company by innovating and to innovate he has to know the
customer's needs and that is done by doing market research.
A leader is a person who leads his followers, inspires them, motivates them and
guides them in different matters. On the other hand, a boss is someone who is the
owner of the business or is designated by the owners as manager of the workplace
and in most cases does not inspire learning and improvement of the entire work
team.
