    Sir/Madam:

    The PTA officers of Buenlag National High School will be inducted at the Calasiao
    Sports Complex on November 30, 2018. During the event, they are required to be in uniformed t-
    shirts. However, they lack the necessary funds.

    In this regard, we are humbly asking for any amount of financial assistance you can
    extend for the purchasing and printing of 15 t-shirts to be used by the PTA officers.

    We also request that the donation be forwarded to the soliciting officer on or before
    November 26, 2018 since printing of shirts should be ordered at least five days before the pick-
    up schedule.
