G R E E T I N G S:

On June 30, 2022, the Regional Director of this Regional Office

issued an Order granting the EXCLUSION of private respondent EMELY M.
BANZUELA as farmer beneficiary of the subject lots particularly lot nos.
4231-A and 4231-B, covered by CCLOA No. 00081466/OCL-811 and
directing the public respondent Register of Deeds, Siniloan branch to
cause the annotation of the same to the subject lots;

Copies of the decision/order was duly served and received by the

parties. Copies of the return cards are hereby attached as Annex “A” for
ready reference;

Despite their receipt of the said Decision/Order, private respondent

did not file a Motion for Reconsideration or an Appeal within the
prescribed period;
 In view of the foregoing, Petitioners respectfully request the
issuance of a certificate of finality of this Honorable Office’s decision/order
dated June 30, 2022.
