Payment & Other Terms:
Ÿ Initial Booking Advance is Rs. 5,00,000 plus GST= Rs. 5,25,000/- Ÿ 10% of the Sale Consideration (including booking advance) shall be paid within 30 days from date of booking. Ÿ Balance payment shall be paid as per work progress & payment schedule mention in agreement of sale. Parking Allocation : Ÿ 2 Parkings for each flat Option 1 : 1 Car parking in basement-I and 1 Car parking in basement-IV Option 2 : 1 Car parking in basement-II and 1 Car parking in basement-III Option 3 : Back to back parking(in all basements) will be allotted subject to availability on the date of allotment and the charges will apply accordingly Ÿ Car Parking allocation in basement 1/ basement 2/ basement 3/ basement 4 is subject to availability on the date of allotment and the charges will apply accordingly. Ÿ Car Parking will be allocated on receipt of 10% of sale consideration. Ÿ The payment should be made by way of Account payee cheque / Demand Draft favoring “MY HOME CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED - MY HOME RAKA A/C” payable at Hyderabad.
