“Hey guys. Here is a quick guide to all my current


premium Zeus Fitness programs and my
recommended order to tackle each of them

Starting from the top and working our way Through.


With each program lasting between 4-6 weeks

Workouts ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour and


something for those just beginning to intermediate
to the more advanced

Zeus Shred
If this is your irst ever Zeus program we recommend
starting with Zeus Shred. If you’re new to working out
this will also be the best place to start.

With workouts ranging between 18-25 minutes. Nothing


but your some dumbbells & your bodyweight needed for
this one

on time looking to pack in a serious, quick, intense

The follow up to the highly popular Shred program. Like Shred 2 Evolution, each workout is compressed into

Beast

Beast by name , Beast by nature. Beast would be the


next recommended step after Shred 2 or Burn.

Similar in intensity, but with longer 40-45 Min


workouts and looking to increase our lifts and
strength.

Again combining a little brief cardio before beast


mode weights are activated.

For those looking for a longer workouts to push to the


next level

info on PumpT programs. For those looking extreme results or to really test themselves.

Each PumpT workout will take around 50-60 minutes. It’s incredibly tough but
an amazing challenge that will produce incredible results

Work your way up to this and dedicate the time to get these workouts in. Trust
me they will be worth it.

A selection of dumbbells needed but whether they are heavy or light PumpT will
push you to the limits

Absolution.

Geared around stripping body fat and building rock hard


abs and core absolution o ers a di erent type of workout
to the rest

With Absolution you can challenge yourself with Kettlebell


work. If you don’t have a kettlebell , a dumbbell can also
be used

30-40 min workouts that will build an insane string core


and strip serious body fat
