Abstract:
In administrative law, administrative authorities are required to respect the principle of
legality in the decisions they render. These rules, which generally result from written

sources, which are the general principles of administrative law. , the source of judicial
jurisprudence, which the administrative judge sees as a means of resolving the dispute
