COMES NOW defendant WANDA VAZQUEZ GARCED, by and through her

attorney, and most respectfully STATES, ALLEGES and PRAYS:

Defendant Vazquez Garced hereby joins the unopposed motion for extension of

time to respond to the Order to show cause filed on this date by co-defendant Mark Rossini.

Undersigned counsel already contacted counsel for Mr. Rossini. An extension of

time to respond will allow both defendants to discuss any modifications to the proposed

protective order that may be requested to the Court.

WHEREFORE, the appearing defendant prays that the Court GRANT this motion and,

accordingly, set the same deadline for Mrs. Vazquez Garced and Mr. Rossini to respond to

the Order to show cause (D. 19.)
