Qianli Thermal Camera Instructions

1. Product introduction

The Qianli Thermal Camera System is a quick PCB diagnostic tool offering a new generation of maintenance equipment. It is the
world's first dual-spectrum viewer with interleaved positioning. Through powerful intelligent PC analysis software using intelligent
algorithms, it can detect and display circuit board operating temperatures. Using a normal/test board comparison analysis, it can quickly
and accurately identify problem chips or short-circuits, which greatly speeds up problem detection, and improves operational efficiency
and maintenance accuracy. Finding short-circuits on a PCB is very difficult by other means.

The Qianli Thermal Camera System is an infrared/thermal and visual imaging diagnostic apparatus composed of three parts, the
detection head with its infrared camera and a visible wavelength camera, an adjustable stand, and computer analysis software. The
detection head can display a visible light image, an infrared thermal image, or a visible/infrared superimposed image. This unique
combination makes the location of problem chips or shorts fast by switching between images. In order to achieve the best observation
distance for superimposing images accurately, the mounting bracket is adjustable to raise or lower the distance between the detection
head and the PCB.

The analysis software, using sophisticated calculation algorithms, can display the operating temperatures of individual components on
the PCB board, annotated on the screen images. The maximum value component temperature can be also correctly displayed. Using a
normal/test board comparison analysis you can find faults quickly! The software can save images or video to preserve maintenance
records, video evidence of faults, or to provide dated reference comparisons for future maintenance or reports.

6. FAQ

1. What is the delay in the software image? The software needs an I3 processor or above with > 2GB memory to run correctly. If the
computer configuration is less, delays will occur.

2. What if the software does not display an image? First check whether the device is powered on properly and the network cable is
connected. If the two are normal, check whether the firmware version number in the System Configuration > About menu is displayed.
If there is no display, the device IP address has failed to be added. Manually configure the computer IP address as follows:

Windows 7 operating system computer settings: Click on the network in the lower right corner of the computer Click "Open Network
and Sharing Center" Click "Change Network Adapter Settings" Double- click "Local Area Connection" or click Right click on the right
button in the pop up menu bar and double click on "Internet Protocol Version" (TCP/IPV4)” Click “Advanced” IP address (R) and click
“Add” as follows IP address: 192.168.2.99 Sub net mask: 255.255.255.0 Click "Add" and always click "Confirm" as prompted until the
setting is completed.

Windows 10 Operating Computer System Computer Settings: Click on the network in the lower right corner of the computer Click on
"Network Settings" Double-click "Change Network Adapter Options" Double-click the currently connected "Ethernet" network or click
the right mouse button and click "Properties" in the pop-up menu bar. Double-click "Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IPV4)" and click on
"Advanced" IP Address (R) Click "Add" as follows.

IP address: 192.168.2.99
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Click "Add" and always click "Confirm" as prompted until the setting is completed.

3. The software installation process prompts me to install NET Framework 4.0? The PCB quick-diagnosis software runs with the NET
Framework 4.0 operating environment. If prompted to install, follow the prompts to install it step by step. After installation, the
software can be used normally.

4. What should I do if the software image has a ghost image? Image ghosting is due to the fact that the position between the dual-lens
lens and the detection board may not be correct due to the mounting position of the bracket. Factors such as the thickness of the board
cause the optimal interlaced imaging distance to change. The image should be fine-tuned by the software “left-right” button to correct
any ghosting.

5. Does the software support any online upgrades? If a later version of the software is updated, the user software will receive an
automatic push notification. To upgrade, the user can upgrade the software according to the prompts.

6. Taking a Snapshot. To capture a displayed picture to be saved, using the mouse, locate the Snapshot button and click on it. This will
prompt to the documents folder where the unit will be saved. The picture can be retrieved by locating it in the documents folder.
QUICK START GUIDE

1. Download the operating software from https://bit.ly/2ECmFPz

2. Assemble the support arm on the base and slide camera onto support arm.
3. Plug Ethernet cable into RJ45 port on camera and into an Ethernet socket on PC.
4. Connect power on camera. (There is no on/off switch so remove this lead when not in use).
5. To operate the camera, configure PC:
Go to Control Panel (find by searching “control panel”) and click on it.
