Physical Reporting process for Round – 1 & 2 candidates.
This has reference to MCC – Round-2 Counseling Schedule and NOTICE no.
U-12021/06/2022-MEC Dated 18.02.2022, MCC has directed to all the allotted
candidates has to report physically to the allotted college directly as per MCC
reporting schedule announced, i.e from 18th February, 2022 to 24th
February, 2022, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Round 1 Candidates:
• The students who have reported & been admitted through online to PG
Medical courses in Round-1 counseling, as per MCC – NOTICE, are
directed to compulsorily report physically to JSS Medical College, Mysuru
between 18th February, 2022 to 24th February, 2022, 10:00 AM to
4:00 PM
• The students who have reported physically in Round-1 counselling and
those who have still not reported to the concerned department are
directed to report immediately with the reporting letter which is to be
issued at office of the JSS Medical college, Mysuru.
• Above said candidate failing to report before 24th February 2022 by
4:00 PM, their seat will be deemed to be cancelled without further
notice and same has to be informed to MCC.
• The students who have got up-gradation in round -2 MCC counselling and
upgraded from JSS Medical College to another institution, are directed to
report physically to the Nodal Officer, JSS Medical College to collect the
original documents and also reliving letter which is generated from MCC
college login.

JSS Medical College, the constituent colleges of JSS Academy of Higher

Education & Research, Mysuru have accordingly made provision for admission
& physical reporting formalities for round -1 & round-2 candidates. The
candidates are directed to complete the physical reporting formalities
compulsorily as per MCC Schedule and NOTICE announced in the MCC website.

1. Reporting Procedure:
This has reference to MCC – Round-2 Counseling Schedule and NOTICE no.
U-12021/06/2022-MEC Dated 18.02.2022, declaring the Result of PG Medical
(MD/MS/Diploma) counseling and it is directed that all the allotted candidates
complete the Round – 2 Physical reporting formalities between 18th
February, 2022 to 24th February, 2022, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
As per MCC Round – 2 Counseling Schedule and NOTICE, the physical reporting
& admission for PG Medical courses will begin between 18th February, 2022
to 24th February, 2022, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and is as per MCC
schedule.
It is also brought to the notice of the candidates who have been allotted seat in
Round – 2 counseling that, the official website of the JSS Academy of Higher
Education & Research, Mysuru is www.jssuni.edu.in and they are advised to
submit all details only on this website and to also remit fees online to the
account mentioned in this notification. There are no other sites or accounts
other than this. Please ensure that you are on the right website before you
progress further.
The step by step physical reporting, fee payment & admission process for Post
Graduate MD/MS/PG Diploma courses is given below. It is instructed that all
the allotted candidates in Round-2 should follow the same strictly. Submission
of online application is compulsory for all candidates
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat in MCC round – 2
STEP – 1 counseling for PG Medical seats, are directed to make the payment
as per fee structure given below, through online transfer
Online Fee payment (RTGS/NEFT) to the JSS AHER account given below and proof of
(Tuition Fee) remittance/ Acknowledgment has to be scanned and kept ready for
uploading the same during submission of online application form at
JSS AHER website.
• NRI / NRI sponsored quota Seat: For foreign Citizens including
OCI, PIO, NRI, NRI sponsored candidates, the prescribed tuition fee
must be paid in US Dollars ($) only from the Sponsor account and
for the same, candidate must produce proof of the transaction
made from the sponsor account compulsorily
 • All the candidates, after completing STEP- 1, are directed to scan the
STEP – 2 individual original documents as listed below and keep them ready
for uploading the same during submission of online application form
at JSS AHER website.
Scanning of all NOTE:
Original documents 1. Scanning of documents is to be done from originals documents.
2. All documents should be scanned individually for uploading.
(As per list) 3. The Photocopy (xerox) of the documents uploaded are not accepted
4. All Original documents which have been scanned and uploaded will
have to be produced for verification during the time of Physical
reporting.
5. Additional, original NRI documents required from NRI/NRI
Sponsored students need to be uploaded as per the list. Scanned /
photocopy of the NRI documents is not accepted.

STEP – 3 • After completing STEP-1 of fee payment and STEP-2 of keeping the
scanned copied of all documents ready, candidates are directed to

STEP – 4 portal by the candidate under All India merit / NRI, NRI Sponsored
category, the uploaded documents will be verified by the designated
Nodal officer.
Verification of • Once verification is completed and satisfied with the documents and

will be completed on the MCC college login portal by JSS AHER.
• Discrepancy if any found, the JSS AHER will contact you for further
clarification and the process to be completed if any.
• For any clarification / doubts, the candidates can use the chat box and
an authorized person will respond as soon as possible.
• NRI / NRI sponsored candidates, have to submit all originals
physically as well as online at JSS AHER portal as per MCC reporting
schedule announced compulsorily.
• All India Merit category/ NRI / NRI sponsored quota
STEP – 5 candidates : The candidates who have allotted a seat under All India
Physical Reporting, merit / NRI/ NRI sponsored category, are directed to report
PHYSICALLY to the institution as per MCC reporting schedule
(Is as per MCC reporting announced COMPULSORILY and are directed to submit all original
schedule announced.) documents and complete the reporting formalities.
• NRI/ NRI sponsored category candidates, the NRI/NRI sponsored
original documents mentioned in this notification has to be submitted
during physical reporting for further processing of admission & to
complete the reporting formalities at JSS AHER .
• For MCC reporting schedule please visit website; www.mcc.nic.in
 • With reference to the STEP-4 & 5, during Physical reporting,
STEP – 6 candidates have to submit all original documents listed below and
same will be verified by the designated Nodal officer.

NOTE:
• NRI / NRI sponsored quota Seat: For fee remittance transferred from abroad in US
Dollars ($) by the sponsor for NRI / NRI Sponsored seats, such remittance should be
