(1) Refer detailed instruction sheet SA175 form IR000003 of inspection requirement for ideal use of this form.
(2)Shall be in accordance with 32-SAMSS-004 Witnessing pneumatic testing shall be for all weld attachments with telltale holes. Witness percentage
shall be selected by inspector.
(3) HIC materials per 01-SAMSS-16/NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 as applicable.
