Executive Summary

The Internship Report “Recruitment and Selection Process of Agrani Bank Limited” is
originated as a partial requirement of BBA Program, Department of Management,
Bangladesh University of business & Technology (BUBT).

This report focuses 12 weeks working experiences at the Principal office Agrani Bank
Limited. This report will give a clear idea about the activities and operational strategies of
Agrani Bank Limited. This report contains Six parts-

The first part focuses on the Introduction, background, Significance, scope, Objectives,
limitations, methodology, data collection & processing method for the study.

The second part focuses on the overview of the Agrani Bank Limited. It contains short
profile of the Organization, The Organization’s History, Vision, Mission, objective, Values &
organogram of the company, products & services.

The Third part focuses on the theoretical part of Human Resource Management and it’s
function, Principles & focused on Recruitment and selection and it’s sources, Process .

The fourth part focuses on the recruitment and selection process of Agrani Bank Limited. It
contains the recruitment & selection policy, steps, ways of sourcing, process of the interview,
the process of inspection about the interviewee etc.

The fifth part of this report contains the Statistical Data Analysis, Findings on the basis of
data collected through questionnaires.

The Sixth part of this report contains recommendations and conclusion of this report & A
sample of a questionnaire which is used in the report and references also have been attached
to this report.
