a) Standard Route Candidates - I also confirm having attended the required lesson hours as
per applicable guideline for the examination for which Admit Card is requested.
b) Alternative Route Candidates – I have submitted my Project Titled ------------------------------

and after evaluation & interview, I was approved for attending ANB Examination & Oral
Interview for IWE/IWT.
I understand the risks for providing wrong information or falsified documents in relation to satisfying
the access conditions for the appropriate diploma. If such cases occur and are proved beyond
reasonable doubt, the applicant understands that the ANB/ATB shall ensure that the diploma is
withdrawn apart from taking any legal action as appropriate.
I hereby declare that the above particulars are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
1. The Centre-in-charge is responsible for conducting the overall examinations smoothly and
without disturbance and malpractice.
2. The Centre in charge/Invigilators authorized to control entry into the assigned examination
area at appropriate time for each candidate appearing for Examination against his Admit
Card and a Photo identity document. The Candidates are required to sign an Attendance
Record to be duly authenticated by the Centre-in charge
3. The examinees must not carry or have in their possession any written or printed material
on paper or in Electronic form except those (Calculator, Reference Standards when
allowed etc.) that may be allowed in specific cases as per discretion of the Centre-in-
charge.
4. Electronic gadgets with memory and retrieval system, internet connection for Data
exchange, multimedia or voice communication are strictly prohibited.
5. The candidates are not allowed to make any discussion/exchange paper or any other item
which may contain information between themselves in the examination hall or in the toilet
or outside of the examination hall during the examination or copying etc.
6. The examinees can leave the examination room only with the specific permission of
Centre-in charge/Invigilator for legitimate purpose. They are not allowed to take question
papers out of the examination hall and which must be returned along with the Answer
Script.
