● Providing strategic direction, leadership and programme governance for all Career Masterclass programmes,
ensuring the smooth running of multiple cohorts for multiple clients, from onboarding through to content

VOLUNTEER & PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Electrification of small-scale oil palm milling communities in South-southern Nigeria (SHOBAB ENERGY)
Spurred by the electrification needs of rural communities and the availability of Energy convertible raw materials,
we sought to implement our expertise in renewable energy systems. Our solution is to install a decentralized
solar-biomass hybrid power generation plant that uses oil palm biomass waste to provide clean, reliable and
affordable electrification services to oil palm milling communities. One plant will power between 100-600
households, 26 oil palm milling units & small-scale businesses and 2 primary health centers.

I want to see more women advocating, supporting and empowering women and young girls, as I do now with the
Energy Institute. Via the institute, I have led and co-managed several programs, including a platform for 20 young
female professionals to connect and engage senior female executives in the energy industry. The goal is to get more
women and young girls into decentralized sustainable energy production and efficiency. We are keen on
empowering a strong network of women energy professionals and entrepreneurs that will drive energy access to
unserved and underserved communities.

Ogoni Community Development Programme


Convener
Initiated, planned and executed a 1-day safety and security programme for over 600 motorcycle riders (okada) of the
Ogoni community in Rivers State, South-southern Nigeria. Encouraged the participation of local government
officials and key security personnel in promoting a zero-violence and secure environment for members of the Ogoni
community.
