WORK EXPERIENCE
● Providing strategic direction, leadership and programme governance for all Career Masterclass programmes,
ensuring the smooth running of multiple cohorts for multiple clients, from onboarding through to content
design and delivery and post programmes feedback
● Managing overall D & I programme design for several corporate bodies and financial institutions such as
HSBC, Natwest, Credit Suisse, Tesco etc. Ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and
other dependencies across projects, leading to revenue of £400K
● Building and implementing a data-driven strategy to improve our existing procedures and processes to
make strategic recommendation that enhance database administration, operational maturity, sales
automation and customer success.

● Directed the monthly training program on Canvas LMS for more than 1,000 unique applicants monthly,
with an applications fee revenue of 1.8 Million Naira to date.
● Extensive data cleansing and analysis, using pivot tables, formulae (v-lookup and others), data
validation, conditional formatting, and graph and chart manipulation. Identifying opportunities to
enhance data integrity through database structure modifications.
● Coordinated quarterly webinars, talent sessions and offline training sessions. I launched an Instagram
Live Series for high-performing solar engineers, expanding our network of companies and personnel
and growing our social media presence monthly by 20%.
● Enhanced seamless operational workflows for talent trainees and engineers, provide customer support
which includes identifying and resolving account conflicts and sign-up issues on CANVAS LMS, solved
close to 100 customer inquiries weekly through CRM platforms including Hubspot, and boosted
customer satisfaction NPS Score by 17%.
● Conducted research and trend analysis for social media content to grow Instagram, Twitter and
LinkedIn accounts, designed content on Canva, and implemented posting schedules using Buffer for
engaging content which increased followers by 3k+. Optimize promotional messaging via email and
social media platforms to achieve support sales goals.
● Worked closely with program stakeholders to establish contract timelines, ensure compliance, and
meet contractual deadlines and deliverables.

● Supported operations for a $300,000+ Rooftop Solar Project that ran for 6 months, including report
generation that optimize project and budget timelines.
● Co-supervised a team of solar engineers and artisans on an Electrical System Renovation Project, including
organizing meetings with suppliers and vendors, maximizing budgets, and controlling expenses, resulting in
eventual cost savings of 9%.
● Managed contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and
vendors, and oversee all subcontractors’ work in different phases.
● Developed and implemented company procedures and policy standards that drove revenue generation by

Electrification of small-scale oil palm milling communities in South-southern Nigeria (SHOBAB ENERGY)
Spurred by the electrification needs of rural communities and the availability of Energy convertible raw materials,
we sought to implement our expertise in renewable energy systems. Our solution is to install a decentralized
solar-biomass hybrid power generation plant that uses oil palm biomass waste to provide clean, reliable and
affordable electrification services to oil palm milling communities. One plant will power between 100-600
households, 26 oil palm milling units & small-scale businesses and 2 primary health centers.
