System Requirements
Overview: Windows
users
Below you’ll find instructions to produce a text (.txt) file that will contain your basic
computer specifications.

Step 1: Type “DxDiag” into the search bar on your screen to access the DirectX
Diagnostic Tool as shown below. If you currently have your search bar disabled,
you can also press the “Windows” key on your keyboard and start typing
immediately.

Step 2: This is the information we need, but a screenshot won’t be enough. You’ll
need to produce a text file with this information, which you can do by clicking Save
All Information. Save the text (.txt) file in a place where you can find it easily.

Remember to send your .txt file as an attachment, along

with your speedtest, in your next email to us.

System Requirements
Overview: For macOS
users
Mac computers have always been a little different, and the same can be said when it
comes to looking for System information. Not to worry though, we got you covered.

Step 1: Click on the Apple logo on the very top left of your screen. Clicking on it will
spawn a drop-down menu with different options. Click on the option titled “About
This Mac”.

Step 2: You will now see essential information about your Mac computer. Take a
screenshot of this page by using the Command + Shift + 4 keyboard combination.
The end result should look something like this:

Warning: there is still a step 3 to the process for macOS

users! See the next page for more information.

Step 3: Now switch to the next tab, called “Displays”. Take another screenshot,
that resembles our example, by using the Command + Shift + 4 keyboard combo,
and then you’re done.

Remember to include both screenshots as an attachment,

as well as your speedtest, in your next email to us.

Internet Connection
Speed
These instructions explain how to produce connection speed results, using
Speedtest.net’s website.

Step 1: Open your favorite browser and visit Ookla’s Speedtest.net website. It
should look a little like this:

Step 2: Choose one of your local servers and start the connection speed test. We
recommend using a strong Wi-Fi connection, or even an Ethernet connection if
possible.

Step 3: Tricked you, there’s no step 3! Yes, it’s that simple. All you have to do is take
a screenshot of the results, after making sure the speed connection test has been
completed successfully.

Remember to include your speedtest screenshot as an

attachment, along with your System Overview file, in your
next email to us.
